Or are you looking for apprentices and want to open your company to refugees or migrants in the EU?

If yes, we are happy to arrange a first consultation and explain what are the opportunities for you within the moveurope program.

Depending on your location we can meet in person or online.

We speak English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese. If necessary we can arrange a translator.

Who are mobility providers?
  • hosting and sending organisation for voluntary service (national/European Solidarity Corps Programme ESC)
  • accreditiated ESC organisations that would like to host volunteers with fewer opportunities (refugees)
  • companies / employers looking for apprentice or interns

We accompany you

If you decide to become a partner of moveurope! and give refugees or migrated people opportunities to do a voluntary service, apprenticeship, or else, we can take care of the following steps:

Matching

Together, we find the candidate that suits the needs of your company / organization and we support the recruitment process.

Visa procedure & residence permit

We manage and accompany in all necessary bureaucratic steps regarding the visa application and after the arrival in Germany.

Travel & housing

We arrange travel and can support in finding housing, if necessary.

Inclusion support

During the whole mobility, we are there for you and your new team member.

What 

In Germany, there are many opportunities to volunteer. 

You can do a voluntary service or civic service in the social, ecological or cultural field.

• Usually full-time employment with entitlement to regular vacation • Offers various training seminars for the volunteers • Social insurance is provided by the employer • Pocket money of up to 414 € is provided • Accommodation can be provided, but it is not guaranteed

There are different national types of voluntary service and also the European voluntary service (ESC programme).

Who

Depending on the program there are age limits (16-27 years) but there are also programs open to people up to 99 years.

 

Duration 

Normally, a voluntary service lasts between 6-12 months; 

usually 6-12 months (officially possible time frame: 6–24 months)

Advantages/disadvantages 

During your voluntary service, you normally get pocket money, accommodation and board from the organization you are volunteering for, you receive access to language courses, training and seminars and will meet other young people that volunteer in Germany.
